Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Next Day Delivery.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination, typically within 3-5 business days.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
  • Free standard shipping is available for all UK orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or special-order items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
  • Sealed Parts that have had the manufacturers seal broken.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at admin@fus-industrial.com or 01386 426 364 to request a return authorisation.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the return authorisation, ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery with insurance. Alternatively we can organise the collection for you, please call 01386 426 364.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
