Do all parts come with a warranty?

Yes, all parts come with at least 30 days warranty unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our Condition and Warranty page for further information.

How can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order please email admin@fus-industrial.com or call 01386 426 364. Please have your order number available and we will be happy to help.

Can I order and collect on the same day?

If you are looking at a part we have available on our website and would like to collect the same day, please call 01386 426 364 and we can check the part is available for collection and we can also process the order directly over the phone.

Are all parts tested?

Yes, all parts are either new or removed from working machinery. All parts, other than new in sealed boxes, are powered up before being sent out. Videos are available on request.

Do purchases come with a VAT inovice?

Yes, all purchased parts will come with a full VAT invoice from FUS Industrial Limited.
