SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

At FUS Industrial Limited, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and efficiently. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

 

UK Shipping
FREE STANDARD UK SHIPPING

All customers who purchase items from within the UK qualify for free same day shipping. This will be on a 48 hour fully insured courier service.

 

Express same day and next day services are also avilable. Please contact us for a quote for specfic items.
International Shipping
We use a number of different couriers to provide the most competitive rates for all our international shipments.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

All orders received before 1PM will be sent out the same day on a standard international service, fully insured.
Express services are also available to all worldwide locations, please contact us for a quote.
Preferred Carriers
Our preferred carriers are UPS, DHL, TNT, UK Mail and Royal mail

We can also package orders up for shipping on your account. Please forward all account details and the service required and we will organise the delivery on your behalf.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Customs and Taxes

FUS Industrial will not be held liable for any customs charges or taxes that may apply when importing parts into certain countries. We strongly advise checking any costs that may be incurred before purchasing any item. Please feel free to contact us if you require any help checking import duties and taxes.  


Damage in transit

Please inspect all parcels upon delivery for any obvious signs of damage. In the unlikely event of any damage being visble upon reciept of your parcel, please specify this clearly when signing for your item. Any damage that has occured in transit and is not noted on delivery can delay insurance claims and in some circumstances result in claims being refused.


Returns


At FUS Industrial Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free return process.

 

If you need to return an item please submit an RMA ( return merchandise authorisation) request via the order page. Once we receive your RMA request we will respond within 24 hours with details on how to complete your return.


Products accepted for returns or exchange

All parts other than those advertised as spares / repairs are covered under our returns policy. Please refer to the returns periods and conditons sections below for further infomation.


Non-Returnable items

All parts and machinery sold as spares or repairs and software that has been opened are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly stated within the item description


Returns Periods

All parts and machinery purchased online or by phone qualify for a 14 day returns period in line with the distance selling regulations. You will then have a further 14 days to get the part back to us. All parts returned during this period must be in their orginal packaging and in the same conditon as advertised. Unfortunately we can not accept returns for software other than under warranty. Once we have received and checked the part we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.


Condition of returned items

All items should be returned in their orginal packaging and condition including all software and manuals. Items sold as unused in sealed boxes must still have their original seals intact. This does not reply to any items being returned under warranty.  


Return Options

Parts can either be returned for a full refund, account credit or replacement.


Opening a RMA / Return request

If you need to open a RMA request this can be done in the product order page within your account. When starting a return request please select a reason for return and a prefered return action. We aim to repsond to all return requests within 24 hours. Should a request be urgent or not answered within this period, please contact us directly.
