Shipping Details:

We offer a number of different postage services depending on the size and weight of the item. Standard shipping is normally 1-2 days for parcels and 2-3 days for pallets.

For extra-large items or lorry loads, we will source a competitive quote for you.

We do also offer express and sameday delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Returns:

All items sold by FUS Industrial Limited will come with at least a 30 day warranty for used parts and a 3 month warranty for new, surplus stock, parts. Any issues will need to be reported within this time frame in order for a warranty claim to be accepted.

We can accept returns for parts ordered by mistake, but this would incur a 10% re-stocking fee for items upto £500 and then a flat £50 fee thereafter. Return postage would be at the buyers expense.
