All new and used parts will come with either a 30 day or 3 month warranty. The length of warranty associated with each part can be found in the description table on the product page.

Unused, Sealed Box
- These parts will come with a 3 Month Warranty.
Unused, Un-Sealed Box
- Product is unused and as new in orginal packaging. Packaging has been opened and the orginal box seal may have been broken. All parts and manuals will be included as orginally supplied from the manufacturer.
- These parts will come with a 3 Month Warranty.
Unused, Non-Orginal Packaging
- Product is unused and will be supplied in Non-Orginal packaging. There may be some very minor cosmetic marks from storage, but otherwise as new condition. The part will be supllied with only what is included in the photos on the product page.
- These parts will come with a 3 Month Warranty
Repaired / Refurbished
- Product is used and has either been refurbished or repaired. These parts may show some signs of cosmetic wear, but are otherwise fully functional as supplied from the manufacturer.
- Supplied in Non-Orginal Packaging and will come with 30 Days Warranty.
Used
- Product is in used condition and will show some signs of cosmetic wear, but is otherwsie fully functional. Some parts may have previously installed progammes and data on.
- Supplied in Non-Original Packaging and will come with 30 Days Warranty
As Is
- Product has been visually inspected and any damage / wear is as in description. Working condition is unknown or as described. Sold as spares / repairs. Non-Original Packaging.
- No warranty.

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
- Free standard shipping is available for all UK orders.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or special-order items.
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- Sealed Parts that have had the manufacturers seal broken.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at admin@fus-industrial.com or 01386 426 364 to request a return authorisation.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Once you receive the return authorisation, ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery with insurance. Alternatively we can organise the collection for you, please call 01386 426 364.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
